Our 1000′th customer

Local couple Alex Leach, Laura Gardner and their 18 month old son, Jack, recently became Fairlake’s 1000th customer. This milestone was celebrated with the release of 1,000 balloons from the couple’s new home at Foxcombe, Duffryn, Newport.

Both originally from Newport, Alex recently completed a degree in Sports Science at UWIC and is hoping to undertake a Masters degree in the subject next term. He and full-time home carer Laura will be getting married in the near future. Alex said: “The apartment is really spacious and the appliances very modern so we couldn’t have asked for more. We wouldn’t have been able to get a foot on the property ladder without Fairlake’s home ownership scheme.”

Fairlake’s Corporate Director, Darrell Bolton said: “This is an important milestone for Fairlake, which wouldn’t have been possible without our partnerships with local authorities and developers such as Barratt. It’s fantastic that we can share the celebration with Alex, Laura and Jack.”
