What do we do?

Working in partnership
We work in partnership with local authorities, developers, health trusts, agencies and other organisations to build a variety of affordable housing. We have lots of experience at doing this.

Our reputation has been developed over many years and our partners have come to value our honesty, enthusiasm and innovative approach to delivering high quality homes.

We are always looking for opportunities to provide more homes because we know there are thousands of people we can help. That’s why, with the help and support of our partners, we will continue to increase the number of affordable homes we build.

Development and project management
We have extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget – anything from multi-million pound regeneration schemes to homes built using the most up to date environmental technologies.

Affordable home ownership
We help people take their first steps onto the property ladder by owning a share in their home. Fairlakeliving provides a one-stop shop for people looking to become home owners.

Newport Care and Repair
Fairlake also host the Newport Care and Repair agency, which is funded in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government, Newport City Council and the local Health Board. Newport Care and Repair offers advice and practical solutions on home improvements, maintenance and adaptations, which allow older people to retain their independence in their own home.
