Working in partnership

Effective partners are essential to the work we do. Our reputation and success has been built by working closely with the Welsh Assembly Government, local authorities, housing developers and other housing organisation to deliver homes for people.

Working with others

Together with Melin Homes, Monmouthshire Housing Association and Newport Housing Trust, we are a member of the GENuS consortium.

GENuS is a well established and successful partnership of housing and support providers based in South East Wales. Our partnership came together in 2005 to share resources and expertise

What do we do?
Our partnership came together to share resources and expertise with the aim of providing more homes and efficient, effective services to our customers. Our aim is to increase the supply of high quality, affordable housing using social housing grant and our own financial resources.

We also support and add value to key local authority priorities such as homelessness, employment and training, economic development, community regeneration, community safety and health and wellbeing.
