Regenerating our communities

We are proud to have worked on some of the largest regeneration projects in Wales. We replace old and unsightly buildings with new, high quality homes for people. Our homes are more than just about bricks and mortar. We find innovative ways of providing homes that people are proud to live in.

For us, getting regeneration right is one very straightforward thing. It is about making sure that the people whose lives are affected, are involved in a very real way in decisions. We know the best results for people come from regeneration which is community lead.

Our investment in new homes is linked with initiatives to provide training and employment opportunities for local people and other projects which support and revitalise neighbourhoods.

The environmental agenda is becoming increasingly important and we continue to innovate and push the boundaries to create sustainable homes.
