Prefab Bungalows Regeneration

Regeneration of the prefab estates included the replacement of 600 post-war bungalows for older people on 7 estates across Newport. Full community consultation took place, with every resident visited by the development team. This complex project undertaken on behalf of Newport Housing Trust was the largest social housing regeneration project in Wales and cost approx £35m over a 5 year programme.
